1. General Refund Eligibility
Refunds are generally not available for any in-app purchases or transactions made within RojKhoj. By using the platform, you agree to our no-refund policy, except in cases explicitly outlined below.
2. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- Unauthorized Transactions:: If an in-app transaction was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately with evidence, and we will investigate the claim.
- Service Errors: If a technical error on RojKhoj's end results in loss or incorrect charges, please report the issue within 14 days. We will review and may issue a refund at our discretion.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact us within 14 days of the transaction. Include your account details, transaction ID, and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund. Our team will respond within 5 business days.
4. Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
5. Non-Refundable Transactions
- Points or rewards earned and transferred on RojKhoj cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
- Purchases made with points or other in-app rewards are final and not eligible for refunds.

RojKhoj reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via app notifications or email.
